Tonight we have a very nice beef and ale pie made by my wife and tomorrow we are having a casserole made by me.

Last night we had chicken fillets with Salad (and potatos for Jose) and tonight I am thinking of making a rice dish with chick peas, sliced turkey and jamaican jerk falvouring..... We shall see hehe!

Slow baked seasoned pork chops with some veg, have to ask for them thick as the Spanish cut pork chops almost as thin as bacon. A chop has to be a chop! :pork:

Tonight I am making Rice, Salad and Tirkey strips! Need to finish off the meat before it goes bad!

Got four big chicken legs for this evening so might stuff some thinly sliced chorizo under the skin and see what happens...

Slow braised pigs cheeks in red wine and garlic/potatoes/onions tonight, a first for me, apparently they are delicious...

Wilted spinach with crispy pancetta, roasted tomatoes and hot garlic olive oil dressing, Thursday nights are use everything up in the fridge night ready for the weekend. :tom:
