I have been trying to have a go at this recipe and found the prosquito ham keeps on tearing. It seems a bit too thin and I now have a pile of shredded ham. Do you think I should try doing it 2 slices together?
I made these earlier in the week and they turned out great. I couldn't find de-veined frozen king prawns, but did get fresh ones in Morrisons. They were a fair bit cheaper than cheaper than cooked ones and surprisingly easy to cook.
