Ingredients:
1kg dogfish skinned and filleted
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 onion diced
pinch dried oregano
5 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon thyme
pepper to taste
Simple method:
Put together marinade ingredients in a cazuela/shallow bowl. Add dogfish and refrigerate 4 hours. Turn occasionally. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Place fish in a shallow baking dish and cook for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with boiled veg.
