Super Microwave

Postby Stu » Wed Feb 25, 2009 1:24 am

I had a call today from Bradshaws asking if we wanted to go and see a new microwave in their range. The thought of seeing a microwave display didn't exactly stir much excitement I can tel you. That is until they said it was a new type of convection microwave that can cook a whole chcken from raw in 3-4 minutes, depending on size. In tests they also stae you can't tell the difference from one cooked in a conventional oven.

That has got to be a very useful bit of equipment for a busy restaurant. Not sure when they being sold yet but sounds impressive so far.
