Having been made redundant recently I have decided to go it alone and set up my own catering business. At present I am getting alot of requests for consultancy work for pubs, independents and Private country estates. I NEED HELP NOW!!!! on how much I should charge for consultancy services for such things like Menu development, Staff training, costings, food safety documentation, health and safety documentation etc etc. I have a couple of days before I let these customers know of my tariffs / rates but am courteous as I do not want to under or over cost my self out of the market.
I would appreciate any help and advice
