Can you recommend a good Invoice maker

Postby Malcb17 » Fri Jan 25, 2008 9:42 pm

Hi Everyone

can anyone recommend a good piece of software for creating invoices, purchase orders and credit notes? I have tried invoice2go but got fed up with having to re-purchase the licence every year when I already owned it.

Anything considered?

Try Quickbooks

Postby Brian » Sun Feb 17, 2008 8:46 pm

Malc, I would try using a copy of quickbooks. If you know someone who has it, you can load it using the same license number. The only thing is you won't be able to update it on the internet. If you are worried about the ethics side, you can always wait till someone gets a new version and use their old one. You can use it for invoice templates and ignore the rest.

Setup a Google Documents account - there are all sorts of ready made
templates in there that are really good! - Payslips - time cards all sorts

a lot of it is dollar / USA orientated - but you can alter them easily

I use instant invoice for all my invoices and quotations. It is fantastic piece of kit.

Store products in inventory, customer details and what sold it to me was the ability to send invoices via email.
