do have food temperature probe with certificate, preferablly already calibrated

Apologies i've been of work ill for the last 3 days!

Starting with your first question, unfortunately excluding the mixer (which we have non of at this time) the items you have listed are all items which hold no resale value and as such are not carried as re-conditioned items! Toasters and small urn's (i'm assuming you meant an urn) are such low cost when new that it's not worth fixing them.

I can of course give you a cost for new items, although i will say that as we are more project based sales (full kitchens rather then individual items) you will probably find one of the internet box sellers will easily under cut us. And with a couple of straight forward "throw away items" you'd probably be safe using such a seller!

With regards to your second post, We do hold and sell temperature probes and probe wipes, they don't come with a certificate however they are the probes that are recommended for use by our local authority, in fact most of the sales come from the local EHO telling people to get one from us.
