im not having much luck in Bulgaria......
opened a new bottle of doroni ketchup this morning and squirted out a rat dropping.....how should i approach the company and what action should i take.
god i feel sick.

Do they have some kind of environmental health organisation over there?
That is very serious and the risk to customers being ill would be massive. Firstly I would never use any product made by that company again and would check to see what country it was made in.
If you were in the UK a fat compo claim would be coming your way, but not sure on the legal side where you are.

ugh that is awful!!!!
You need to at least write to them and if the law does not help maybe a bit of bad publicity will?
