Newcastle used to be my old stomping ground (Lemington & Hexham) we get asked from time to time about catering services (in north east) such as yours so will keep you in mind.

Cakelover: re TVTE used to work in the unit next to what was Homebase at the time many moons ago, good estate to be on - except for the A1 getting home!
