Hello Hammy, I agree with Stu on the size, as it is always better to get one slightly bigger than the contents you are intending to cook. If you buy one at any time, make sure that you are specific in stating you require an LPG model. The jets can be changed over at a later date, but this will take between 30 - 60 mins. I have to point out that cast iron is a slightly lumpier surface in general, which is down to the way it is cast. This is not usually a problem and they are hard wearing. You should really think to the future though and know whether you intend to cook other food in it. If you were intending to cook eggs for instance, I would suggest a stainless steel model.
